St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay and Police Chief Sam Dotson will hold a news conference Tuesday morning to address the unrest that occurred following the announcement of the grand jury's decision to not indict Darren Wilson for the death of Michael Brown.
A decision has been reached by the grand jury hearing evidence in the Michael Brown case, NewsChannel 5 confirms. Ed Magee, a spokesperson for the St. Louis Prosecuting Attorney's Office, says the news conference will occur at 8 p.m. at the Justice Center.
