St. Louis police said a person went up to a homeowner's door on James Cool Papa Bell and tried to force his way inside and fired shots. The homeowner fired back and ended up shooting the suspect.

A routine traffic arrest in Columbia, Illinois never looked more peculiar. The driver is surrounded by a 2008 BMW and a Denali. Columbia police seized the Denali in felony drug arrest. It was once used to break the law, but now the vehicle is being used to enforce it.

A police officer and two people were shot following a pursuit involving bank robbery suspects, according to the St. Louis Fire Department. The bomb and arson squad inspected the suspects' vehicle.
